Are you a group leader?  Do you have a wide circle of friends?  Are you a member of a club, church, alumni association. If so, you may be the perfect group leader!	Typically, on a 7 night cruise, if you travel with 8 other cabins, you will cruise for FREE. you will only pay the taxes. (In some cases we will even pay the Group Leader's taxes, ask us how). If you add 8 more cabins, your traveling companion will also cruise for FREE (Your companion will only pay Tax/Port charges)

How does it work?	Every cruise line offers a special incentive for groups of people who cruise together on the same ship and sailing date.  The minimum number of cabins to qualify for this group incentive varies by cruise line, ship and sailing date. The cruise line gives the Tour Conductor a free berth or cabin based upon a certain amount of cabins sold.
What is a Tour Conductor?	The Tour Conductor is the person or persons escorting the group onboard the cruise.  To compensate you for bringing together this group, we will award you the FREE Tour Conductor Berth or Cabin. In some cases we even pay for your tax and port charges.
What will Sun Travel provide to help me?	Cruise Line Brochures, Flyers, Videos, Registration Forms, WebPage Promo, All Invoicing & Paperwork, Processing Payments, Answering All Customer Questions and Cost of All Postage.  We do it all.  You just bring us the cruisers.
Where is the free Tour Conductor cabin located?	The free berth/cabin is determined by the category type and the quantity you sold.  For instance, if you sell 17 ocean view category K cabins, then your free Tour Conductor berth/cabin will be ocean view category K or better.  In addition, we list you as a "VIP", and the best upgrades go to you!
Do I need any special training?	No. We're not making you a travel agent.  We are simply providing you with a discount or free berth/cabin.  It's simple!  You just find people who need a vacation and are looking for a great value...a cruise vacation.  Get them to join you on your selected ship and sailing date.  We'll do all the rest - from flyers to invoicing.
OK, I have my littler group, what does "free" really mean?	Please note that the free accommodations are based on half-double cabin. In other words, the other person in a double cabin would have to pay the "per person, double" rate.
What if I get more than 8 cabins sold?	Super! For every additional 8 cabins, another person goes free. You can take a friend or loved one FREE as well. (companion will have to pay tax and port charges).
What if my group falls just short of the 8 necessary cabins?	It depends on the trip, but in many cases, we are able to reduce your rate, based on the number of cabins you were able to get. You still get a great deal. You will have to pay Tax/Port Charges.
How far ahead should I start planning?	Give yourself plenty of time. Unless you have your group already committed and ready to pay a deposit, don't assume one quick review of your ideal trip will be enough.
